The Super Bowl may be over, but Frito Pie is never out of season! Much better than the traditional Wolf Brand chili, mine is loaded with kidney beans (sorry to any Texans out there!), ground beef and onions, and slow-simmered in a hearty tomato base. The pie is topped with cheddar cheese and Fritos; it includes a side of minced onions, no charge, if desired for garnishing.
